Something really nitpicky and random

So Kuro. She’s really good and very fun to use (at least imo) but I just have one little issue.

WHY the F%&@ is her third skill, which in JP is called “Kiss Demon”, called “Kissing Freak” in NA? Kiss Demon sounds soooooo much better. It’s another “Altria”(ew) and “Artoria” situation.

I agree that the translators have pretty crappy judgement a lot of the time.

Yes I think this is just another bad call by the translators, just like Altria over Artoria.

To be fair its not like the fan translation is always better Vampirism is definitely better than Bloodsucker, I'd say Wail of the Living Dead sounds quite a bit better than Lament of the Falsely Living, Mystic Slayer over Mystery Killer, etc.

Well I'd say give the translators the benefit of the doubt. I don't think we can blame them for the Altria situation if that's what their bosses explicitly told them to do. I suspect this is the same thing. Don't know why DW is so insistent on these things when decent translations already exist.

BTW, this may be an unpopular opinion, but if the skill is supposed to refer to what I think it does, I think the translation in this case actually more accurately conveys its original meaning than a more direct translation would.
