[Solved] Solomon story is always available...

I was looking over the future events, or rather past events on the JP server, and I noticed that a lot of the events have as a perquisite clear 'Salomon'. Ignoring the JP spelling, the guide calls the event a 'one off', and upon launch it only gives players 10 days to clear the seven demon gods before the 'incineration of humanity'. So, does the event repeat at the end of the year for new players, or are they essentially locked out of future events?

Sorry if this is a noob question, just couldn't seem to find the answer after googling rephrased variants of the question.

Edit: Further looked into the raid mechanic explanation and saw "The story sections of the Final Singularity are permanent additions to the game and can be cleared once at any time. Masters unable to access the Final Singularity will only miss out on the farming fiesta." ... My bad guys!
