So, Humanity Incineration crisis is averted... but I got a personal one coming up on the new year, can you guys lend me some advice?

The New Year's banner is coming up, and I still can't decide which to go for. So far the servants I got are:

4 Star: Saber Lily (np5), Nobu (np5), Eli (Halloween)(np5), Brave Eli (np5), Santa Alter (np5), Shiki (np5), Kintoki (np5), Irisveil (np5), Chloe (np5), Summer Scathach (np5), Herc, Ibaraki (np5), Tamamo Cat, Medea Lily (np2), Nero, Elizabeth (np2), Carmilla (np3), Marie (np3), Rama (np2), D'Eon (np5), EMIYA (np4), Helena (np2), Anne Bonny (np3), Martha (np3), Lancelot (Berserk)(np2), Artoria Lancer Alter, Gawain, Tristan, Surfer Mord (np2), Jalter Lily (np5), Fionn, Nursery, Nitocris, Atalante, Fran (np2), Siegried, Ana

Would be crazy good if they'd make that guaranteed banner two per player, but what can we do? We have to make it count. So I'm hoping to get some suggestions on what to go for based on my current roster to help me decide on which to go for
