Shuten tier list drop

Don't let the Tier list influences you : all the (5* star) servants are viable. Some servants requires a specific team composition to unlock their full potential, some B tier, in their niche, are better than S tier...

Ehh, you can ignore the list and use whoever you want. If I can pick a servant to be dropped from A to B, it would be Saber Shiki. Because Instant Kill sucks and that sucks thing is her niche, and her Atk also sucks for a *5. Her arts on the other hand, is S+ for sure :)

Hello. Initially Shuten was put into A tier because some members in the team believe her hidden stats are good enough and she has a niche as AoE Assassin that currently no one fill. However, after thorough discussion we decide that her actual performance isnt that good as her debuffs are very poor in term of value, despite the amount of debuffs she has, as well as her damage being incredibly lacking and she would soon be creeped by AoE Assassins that will be released soon. As such we decide that B tier is better to reflect her performance
