Meme charisma team (in progress):
Elizabeth with maxed out "unreleased yet" sadistic charisma
Jalter with maxed out dragon witch
Kiyohime/(lancer in the future)
You could replace her with saberfaces but i argue that kiyo is a staple because REASONS

Doing the buster crit meme team. Currently farming the Reservoir EX in Fate/Zero event for hearts, using Waver + Jalter + Elizabeth lancer. Didn't use Eli since I summoned her on Valentines event. After the event, my usual setup for story quests is Waver + Jalter + Herc. In farming embers, I mainly use Waver + Santa Alter. I'm really excited in Rashoumon event so I can witness Rama's NP damage against Ibaraki Douji.

On my alt account, I have Tamamo + Nero Bride + Waver. I don't know if it is a good composition for Arts team or can I utilize it being my man is Kintoki and Tamamo's third skill isn't maxed yet. Still, this is something to look forward to.

Substitute Herc/Jalter/Altera/Brynhildr
For 4* All welfare
D'eon, Emiya Archer, Elilancer, Anne&Mary,Martha, Marie,Carmilla

Waver + 2 buster/arts servants with class advantage + any support with Heroic Portrait CE + Tamamo Cat/Kiyohime/Eric/Mash (depending on how much points I have left) + Marie for safety

My Go-to team for most challenging quests is:

Hans with any NP gain or Arts CE
Jalthar with Madian leading Chaldea or any other buster/crit CE
Helena with 2030
Brynhildr with either support or dmg CE
Leonidas with Tank or NP gain CE (sometimes I'll give him something that activates whenever he dies)
Friends Berserker (Usually Herc) in case everything goes south
