Summer Event has the needed mats for the new servants. Summer Servants all require the shells as well as Ozy, Nito lancelot Artoria lancer all need the new mats to ascend past the 3rd Ascension. Really depnds on what you are really hurting for.
You should make it a point to login at least twice a day to spend your AP properly(like once in the morn and once before you sleep). Worked for me and I had an insane day to day sched 4 months ago but still farmed the Event Ce and welfare servants properly. My advice is just that Farm The Welfare Servant first and dont get lazy till after that. Then Event CE if its good(like Golden Sumo) or the Mats you are hurting for (like seeds and plumes which are annoying to farm). Set a time to login since it helps curb our laziness to farm or do anything in life really
