Depends on your finances (average to NP5 a servant is 2,100 quartz or 1,200 dollars) and/or you really love Saber Shiki, most limited servants come back anyways, and Saber Shiki is not that powerful to say at least.
NP1 is good for most servants, limited or not, go for NP2 if you like them.
