Should I roll for Illya?

I lack an offensive caster. All I have is Iris - Hans - Helena (NP1) - Mozart - Medea (NP2). I heard that Illya NP damage is very strong but not really good compared to Sanzang who can spam her NP and has a good skill set to support team. Also, in the future, there will be enemies will more than 1 health bar so it makes her seems to be less useful. I can save for both Sanzang and Jack (Valentine event) but they'd not available until half a year later.

What should I do? And if you've played both of them, please share your experience. Thanks.

Illya is limited, Xuanzang is not. There's allways a chance titty monk will spook you...

Illya can't spam NP like Sanzang, but she has "Cheerful-Type Mystic Code A", a Mana Burst-esque skill, +30% Buster on level 1, +50% on level 10; cooldown initial is 7, 5 on 10. And her NP is Buster...

Illya also has the passive skill "Unlimited Prana Supply C" (Charges own NP gauge by 3% every turn), her 3 arts cards hit 5 times, just like her extra-attack hits.

Sanzang still can spam better, and her attack is also the best of all 5* Casters so far.

Well, I do need a offensive too...except my chance of a F2p on getting Illya is slim. *Sigh* I hope I can at least get the 5 star event CE, I got 3 of the 4 star event CE for Onigashima. It gonna suck when come to farming for Prisma Causeway event, I guess it time to give up on some items in the shop that require the 5 star CE.

F2P as well, after wasting 2 rolls in bait banners who just gave me some decent 4* CEs, I will have only one roll for Ruler Martha...life is tough...

At least this time we wont need to buy Chloe ascension mats and copies for NP5. Instead there's a lot of missions for it, all while doing many raids and many other missions to unlock the plot...oh wel...

In Onigashima I also failed to get the 5* CE, and in this one, burning 80K FP gacha gave me one lonely 3* CE. Good thing my wood team (Cu, Proto-Cu, Li Shuwen, Arash or Robin for extra food) was solid and I focused on wood route.

Part 2 Summer is going to be truly awful...my party have almost no synergy in any of the future nodes at all...

Yea, I'm screw for part 2 of the Summer event. I'll buy the ascension mat for the welfare servant once I'm certain I'll get her permanently...if not the 300 currently are going to something else.

At least I'll have a easy time buying the fool chain from the Prisma Causeway event, it'll be consider spoil of war. The 4 star CE shop, I only want Gears,Pages and event CE which cost 1900 in total. I'll give up on the pages if I run out of time, and just grab the gears. As for the 5 star CE shop, I'll grab Homunculus baby, Caster monument and event CE.
