The chances are the same as during any other Rate Up. Although... maybe not as high, since you can get any other of the round table as well.

^ this, if it is like the JP version for this banner the only gold servants are fixed to the ones on rateup that day. So if you do get a gold servant it will be one of the Knights of the round - in your case if you do the 15th and 16th then a gold saber will be Mordred and a gold berserker will be Lancelot
I'll probably wait, the only one of interest to me is Lancer Alter but I'm good on lancers
so by this you mean it's only possible to get 4 star and above servants that are part of the knights of the round and not something like fionn or marie when a 4 star is gotten?
asking cause i dont want a repeat of the jalter banner where i got both fionn and marie from the same 10x summon in which both had a lower drop rate than jalter combined
Yes, if it works the same way it did in JP. The KotR banners act like the Class-only banners, except of course being KotRs only. You can double check the servant percentages on the Info tab when the banner comes out.
Well based on the summon info looks like it's open for everyone, .9% for the 3 5* round table servants and .007 for the rest. Might want to avoid in this case
