I don't know whether i should save for Merlin and his hax or roll for Archuria and her NP spam. I do have good buster servants that could use Merlin like Raikou or Altera.
Which do you prefer? I mean who do you like more? Do you like Arcuria as a character? If not then just don't.
There's no really any reason other than she's a Waifu, reliable NP spam, and Charge drain, and I don't really know your team so I couldn't really say much, but if it's just for gameplay then Merlin or maybe you want arts teams? Then Archuria.
Honestly you didn't say your preferences so...Merlin I guess?
I guess I want both for gameplay reasons, but I like Archuria more than Merlin as a character, also I have Tamamo and I'm not sure if shes like an arts Merlin for servants like Archuria.

Not really. Her NP hits a bit harder, but Arturia spams better and has a better secondary NP effect. It's more that they serve the same role, and for a 4 star Chloe is exceptionally good. Not quite Arturia's level, but for a f2p she's more than enough as a substitute.
Chloe just plays a different role I would say. For NP levels Archuria at NP1 will hit like a wet noodle vs Chloe NP5. Archuria can support her team which might be worth more if you looking for that.
Roll for the one you like more since you don't *need* either of them for gameplay reasons
Once Merlin is released everyone who rolled him (a lot of people) will immediately put him on their support list to rake in FP, meaning you will always have access to Merlin.
Archuria is very good, but Kuro does essentially the same job almost as well and will be a welfare servant soon. (You can easily NP5 Kuro so her NP will hit harder, but Archuria has better NP gain so she can NP more frequently).
