I currently have 3,898 Mana Prisms. I'm confident that I'll be able to get the remaining 102 prisms I need to buy the 4 copies before the CE gets phased out. I'm just wondering if I should? Or if it'd be a better investment to just save them for the next CE to come, assuming that everyone knows what order CEs get released for the shop.

Pretty sure that starting new years the shop CE's will repeat starting with mona lisa, but in order to buy you have to unlock with a rare mp. Good news is after u locking, there isn't a time limit to purchase them. So I would recommend getting the lunchtime mlb now while it doesn't need the rare prism. Lunchtime and Mona Lisa are the only mp shop CE's that are really worth having.
I think you want both Chaldea Teatime and Lunchtime.
They made it so getting a support Teatime gives you 3x the bond increase from the Teatime CE.
Ideally you'd have Lunchtime + Teatime + Support Teatime to maximize bond.
Yeah this is true. Increases Bond points gained by 5%.
(When using a Friend Support with this CE: 15%)
So 1 Lunchtime+ 2 teatime = 10+5+15 > 2 lunchtime + 1 teatime (yours, not support) = 10+10+5
Mashu can also increase a huge amount of bond point for main quests. But all of them will be happened 2 years later.
Overall like others' answers, there is no too much thing from mana prism shop besides of monthly ticket/ember and fou in 2019. Be Graceful and teatime will be available in 2020. So that it is suggest to take the MLB lunch time.
So, support as in friend support? So does that mean you get 15% in total from having two Teatimes (one from a support) in your party? Or is it that both CEs have their effects tripled, meaning, 30% increase in total?
EDIT: Never mind, seems like the above comment had already answered it for me. Thanks guys.
It is 15 % from friend's teatime I believe. So if you equip one teatime and borrow a friend's teatime, two overall, that is ~20%.
I am not quite sure. I haven't play JP for a longtime but it looks like that in paper.
