So lately I've had some very good luck, pulling a tamamo lancer, np3 rider mordred, kiyohime lancer, and rider Martha from the latest summon all in about 100 quartz. I've got my tamamo at lv 94 and my mordred at lv 70. Should I even bother leveling the other two? Normally i would try for both, but I'm really low on resources and still need to level my summer scathatch. Also, for the prisma illya event, I have a nightingale and atalante from the GSSR pull. Kyohime can be good but not necessary and for rider martha... How can i put that : her np gain is really good (even better with an art team), her skills are good in some cases but her damage is average.
To sum up : kyo why not ; martha only if you don't have a better rider and you don't attend to roll on the next banners.
Because Kiyo Lancer's ult is single target buster and her buster has high count, you can actually charge her NP pretty fast by leading with an Arts Card + Buster+Buster. So she's ideal for bossing with the correct set up!

If you want to make most of Tamamo Lancer, I'd recommend you leveling Rider Martha (she's great when it comes to supporting Servants with self debuffs, and Tamamo's 3rd skill applies a stun on herself so they would play along well, also works with Tamamo Cat, Fran, Jeanne Ruler and other Servants like this) and Nightingale. Nightingale, after her 3rd Ascension, will be a great support for Foxy for her debuff cleanse built in her NP and 3 turn HUGE Buster card buff. Kiyo Lancer is strong, but nowhere near Tamamo. Still, if you plan to invest in Nurse, she will make a great use of her Angel's Cry. I'd recommend you to wait with upgrading Summer Scathatch, because she is just an AoE farming tool against Riders, and there are very few Rider bosses, worth only to level up if you plan to gather Rider Embers or clear Rider Training Grounds a little faster (Jack makes both TOO easy, just try to find a good support Jack, as she can instantly one-shot Marie). If you are playing FGO for waifus, raise them all.
Thank you for your response! I'm currently using Vessel of the Saint CE on my Tamamo with my Nightingale as support, so I'mnot having a whole lot of trouble with debuffs. Is Martha still worthwhile even with my current setup?
Tama Lancer is objectively better than most lancers around so lvling kiyo lancer isnt as good. Having a Np5 modred would still be useless unless you have Nero Bride and Tamamo or waver. She is considerdx mediocre withiut broken support
