I need tons of Hearth of the foreign God and also have 3 servants who want them : Jalter 8/8/8, Orion 6/7/6 , Chloe 6/8/8 But they are pretty rare and only come from events.
The thing is ..Who of these servants should be my prior for those Hearts?
I also have Merlin, Waver, Tamamo so i can make Buster or Arts teams if it needed.
In my opinion Chloe 6/8/10, her 50% battery is really useful.
I don't have Jalter but I read that she is awesome so I think that you will 10/10/10 for gameplay purposes.
The other option is use all your Hearths on the servants that you use/love more.
Chloe should be 6/8/10 or 6/10/10. The 50% battery means she can turn 1 NP with no help with literally any 50% CE, which is huge. It also means you can use black grail (or any event CE) and still turn 1 NP with a waver. Those few % are huge. Prioritize her 3rd skill, and then her 2nd if you're going to max it.
Orion really doesn't need those hearts. She's largely a worse Kuro. If she's not your waifu I would leave those skills right where they are.
Jalter gets a lot out of each skill, so even with her falling off as Break Bars piledrive her into the ground it can still be worth it. I wouldn't spend them until you also have a lore ready, as the lore is worth double the hearts as far as value increases go.
