Servant Rate-Up Questions
First, does anyone know approximately when the next Scathach Rate-Up is? Looking through the wiki with the upcoming events but I can't seem to find the next one... Any help would be appreciated! Also, if anyone knows when the next *best* chance to get Ruler Jeanne is, I'd be much obliged. I missed her on the GSSR (though I can't complain with an NP2 Jack) and I'd like to get her as well.
