Solomon is coming up and I know bond points are crucial. So which servants should I be preparing up for Solomon? Where and how to farm up bond points ASAP as well?

At this stage bond farming is pointless, the amount of time left means whatever you have now is what you'll be stuck with unless you hyper whale hidden village in Camelot from now until the 20th. From what you've got, single target wise, jalters gonna be your best bet I guess. No type disadvantage plus Memelins gonna be here to max her dps. Also, make sure that Martha(Rider) is maxed out! That party debuff clear's going to help a lot.

Solomon is a caster so you want to have a high defense servant and a rider servants. Though I am surprised with your servant line up did you miss Sakata Kintoki (Rider) event? He's a great damage dealer. If you did, best bet is to focus on a defensive play jean d arc, mash, jalter, and ozymandias. You want to be able to survive again him as much as possible.
