Try to create your party based on who you face. Don't try to create 'one team for everything' kind of team, that's only possible for certain servant setups or berserker team early game.
The general setup to go is usually : DPS + support + second support/tank/semi DPS, for frontline, DPS + support + clutcher (Cu, Heracles, any non zerk gorilla (BBB) deck servants or servants with very high survivability).for backline.
The teams I can come up with your servants would be:
Mashu + Ushi + Hans
backline (in most cases you won't need it, because Ushi can reap through your enemies pretty quickly and Mashu Hans can keep everything alive, but just in case): Georgios + friend support + Beowulf
Mashu + Robin + Mozart
backline; Hans + friend support + Beowulf
friend support should be another DPS, otherwise, you need to swap Hans or Mashu out.
This also works:
Georgios + Siegfried + Shakespeare
backline; Friend's Georgios + Leonidas + Beowulf
Mozart, Hans, Georgios and Leonidas should be obtainable in the FP summon, just in case you don't know. And this is just some teams I can think of, you should try to experiment around, ask questions when needed. Good luck
