is scat assasin worth it?
I understand saving up event mats for rider kintoki since he is such a great servant and I even maxed his skills even though I had broskandar on np2
but now even with only jing ke as an assasin in my chaldea I feel like this time I should pass this charity servant on.her kit just seems awful and her stats. please change my mind if I'm wrong I don't want to make the wrong choice and regret it later on

Stargen speaking (the main funtion of an assassin), Kotarou and CA Hassan are way better. And Kotarou even fills her rare niche of AOE Quick assassin.
She does have a much better attack and HP.
Ofc, if you ever get Jack, she will be almost useless. Almost because at least Jack can't Taunt, and has a single target NP, so not as good for farming. And can't heal.
Also, is Scat. The other one is a limited 5*, so I will #grind4thewaifu, even having NP5 Kotarou/CA Hassan outshining her

Kotarou's NP does nearly halve the damage of an NP5 Scathach with levelled skills. The sheer AoE damage of Scathach makes her worth levelling and pursuing as there are very few substitutes.
Despite her lackluster skillset and generation, her NP poops out a good amount of Stars and an NPQQ can comfortably get you 50+ stars against 3 opponents.
CA Hassan is far too weak statistically at base to truly compete against an NP5 welfare Servant and Fuuma's use lies mainly elsewhere, in his utility.
Even compared to Jack, Scathach has her AoE ability to fall back on. Bringing Jack to farm hands or blow up a 2nd wave for grinding will take much longer. Different purposes within the same class.

Unless you have Shuten-Douji, she is the best AoE (farming) assassin you can get right now.

It's helpful to have an AoE Assassin, and she's free. She also is useful to have since she gives drop bonuses for the future summer events. However, you're right in that gameplay-wise she's a bit lackluster. I would go for at least one (permanent) copy of her, but that's because I also like collecting the Servants. How you want to play in the end is up to you O:

If you like her then yes. This is a pretty easy game so there is no need to worry about trying to focus on the best servants or w/e. You should just level who you like. If you grind the event like normal she's basically free so it's just a matter of what you want to do.

Skip not worth the mats and time you would put it. You should just spend time clearing out shop, and farming for rare mat drops. I was planning on getting her but something happened.
