Saving up for Kintoki

If you don't have any good berserkers in your team comp then yes you can save for him. He can be better than Ibaraki and he is one of the strongest berserkers in the game. He can burst enemies in a single turn and he can help you in tough boss fights that require big damage in a single turn. Though he'll be lacking a bit once the multi health bars gets introduced into the game. Still I think he is a great berserker to have otherwise you might wanna stick with lu bu if you don't consider saving for anyone atm

Kintoki's role is mostly for burst damage and instant NP with a right CE. If not for the multi-health bars, Kintoki's place in the tier list will be much higher. You may want to roll him because Kintoki is limited while Ibaraki is not. Though, it is also viable to roll for Ibaraki because there's also Raikou.
