I want this two but I only have less than 60 SQs at the moment since I pulled out Lalter. How much SQs do I have to save for the two or is it better to wait for Jalter than Brynhildr?
Somewhere between 3-infinity would be a safe bet. But to be sure u should get a loan or two.

You will need about 429 Quartz to have 143x 0.7% chances and most likely get 5* Servant with Drop Rate Up assuming that it will be only one Drop rate up 5* at that pickup period
And it's still not guarantee so good luck
Whether you save a little or a lot, it all boils down to luck. Hope you get lucky and prepare to potentially whale hard if you want them both :<
Just know that Brynhildr hasn't had another rate up until the 3rd Nero Fest in the JP game where as Jalter got another rate up 6 months after her debut.
Outside of the New Year Lucky Bag Summonings, you won't have another chance at getting them until who knows when.
Like other people have said, it comes down to luck. I've been saving for Jalter since I blew everything trying for Scathach (although admittedly that wasn't much after Okita) and by this point I have about 200 SQ piled up so I feel like I'm on my way; however if I may give you some advice, it's this: don't just think about SQ!
Make sure you stock up your tickets too because when it comes to pulling an SSR the mathematical difference between a yolo and a 10 pull isn't very much if it exists at all. Just because your for sure to get a 4* on a pull, doesn't mean the game is obligated to increase the 5* rate in the slightest. So in essence, when you're calculating how much you need, treat every Ticket as if it was 3 SQ. Don't blow your tickets for something you might want, or else it may end up costing you. Just start saving now and don't stop... ... ...even if you really really want that really cool Jedi servant (talking to myself right now btw).
Definitely do not overlook the amount of tickets you would get from daily login and of course, exchanging them for mana prisms monthly. Both quartz and tickets would add up for your reserves and if you stay strong until their banners show up, you might just have a chance. Realistically, I'd say you need at least more than 300 SQ (with each ticket = 3SQ) to have a decent shot at getting a rate-up.
