Well, that's my question. I have boths I'm kinda new to the game so I would like to know the differences between them, pros and cons and why should I choose one over the other, thanks :)
Simple answer (Not gonna go into stats and stuff since this site has all of that):
Okita
+ Crit Star Machine
+ Fast NP gain if you do AQQ
+ Great at slaying single targets
- No support skills for team
Altria
+ NP is spammable with sufficient support
+ AoE NP is good for farming dailies or quick field wipes
- Low attack stats
- Devs refuse to buff her til this very day
Actually, they couldn't and shouldn't be compared since they both have different roles and fit in different teams.
Okita is a self sufficient boss killer with great star generation, selfish kit for both dealing damage and self-survival, she can provide stars and monopolize them for dealing some nice crit damages to your enemies. Not to mention her NP gain is also amazing. The downside is, she couldn't do much for the team except for damage dealing and oftenly, supports will only slow her down (except for Waver-Andersen class support).
Artoria is a farming servant, you use her NP for farming materials, exp and such, or you can also use her to deal with trash mobs. Actually, IMO, her skills fit nicely for 3-turns farming team (Charisma grants 3 turns party wide attack up and her Mana Burst increases her NP damage quite nicely). Her weakness is she has low attack and Excalibur is not that great of an NP, she barely deals any damage without buffs.
If you choose Altria, don't choose the normal one, alter is better than the basic~
