So, my game wasn't launching properly, I decided to clear the cache and now my Kintoki Rider is gone for some reason. Even tried looking on the Second Archive and nothing, the Onigashima shop also registers his copies as "bought". There's also no way I mistakenly fed him to someone else, because he was level 33 and he stayed between Billy and Nightingale on my servant lineup. I really don't know if this is the place for this, but can any of you guys help? I might also be missing something, I'd be really thankful if any of you pointed it out.

But you need to start locking your servants, you didn't accidentally burn him, did you?
Use the lock image on the side to prevent a servant from being accidentally burned. Do this to every main copy of your Servants.
Last time I burned something was some months ago when the summoning circle glowed gold on the Gilgamesh banner and a second copy of Tamamo Cat came. It was out of spite, and I've never done it again since then. Thanks though, from now on all my main servant copies will be locked. Do you think that if I send an email to the support they can help me?
Sending an email to the supports is the only thing you can do in this scenario since they can tell you exactly what happened to it. If it was an accidental burn or selling of cards, they won't be able to help you.
You'll have to pray it's a bug.
As far as I know, support never brings back a lost servant. Accidental burns are more common than everyone wants to believe and I've never heard of support helping out with single issues like these.

Did you complete the event story? Unless you did he's just a temporary servant that disappears at the end of the event.
Yeah, I did. I even got the message saying he was a permanent servant now, and he's been there for a while after the event ended.
You're not the only one. Luckily, I just lost Kiyohime NP5 and Asterios NP5, and they were LV1. I suppose it happened after the event, because the game didn't launch properly a few times. My internet connection is also very slow and inconsistent, so that could be the reason of the loss. Next time, I'll just clear the cache through the phone and not in-game.
Did you close and restart the app?
This happened with my Lancelot after I ascended him and I couldn't find him in my servant lists at all. I knew I didn't accidentally burn him because I always lock my servants and plus he was still showing up as My Room favorite. I then closed and restarted my app and when I checked my servant list Lancelot was showing up again.
