The saber banner isn't very exciting unless waifu, but they are all AoE which is a definite hole you have. Rider is top tier option (except mebd), but kintoki and Santa are both excellent welfares for st and AoE so you are technically covered. I hear carmilla is decent, but I can't deny jack is amazing, though Jeanne is really only useful in some challenge quest rather than every day go to.
Saber would probably be best game play wise, but choose which one has the highest chance of making you happy after plunking down hard earned cash.
