Repost: whose skills to max next?

SSR: Tesla, Nightingale, Orion (Waver and Dantes alr maxed)
SR: all welfare servants since Halloween plus (archer) emiya, atalante, (assassin) carmilla, (zerker) herc, tamamo cat, (rider) anne mary, (saber) d'eon, rama, (lancer) lancer alter, (caster) helena
3* and below: I have most of them in my line-up. Of which Mash, George and Euryale have (some) maxed skills and I dont think would need further work.

My suggested order :
1 : 10/10/10 Sakata Kintoki Rider (the badass boss killer / spammable NP and crit / almost SSR rider equivalent)
2 : 10/10/10 Shiki (or 10/10/6 cause Yin Yang is bad, but the cooldown could make a difference for one more NP). Easier to use than carmilla and more Art focus = get along better with waver)
3: 10/10/1 Herc (It is really a waste to max guts, almost never encounter a situation that I could use this skill two times in a fight).
4 : Nightgale 10/10/10. Great healer, very fun to play but very fragile, fit great on a buster team. Harder to play than most servants, especially when the skills are low.
5: Irisviel 6/6/6 (I plan to 10/10/10 her soon). This one is a little more controversial, Irisviel is super lame when her skills are low, but get very efficient on a stall team / art team.
Never used Tesla and Orion. Orion supposed to be a Euryale equivalent, so not sure about this one...

You could use the site's recommandation for the skills to maximaze first like Tesla's thrid skill and Orion's 2nd (to allow her to shine on her niche, killing males)
