Picture is kinda small so I can't really see levels. Buster Crit is your best comp to run. Jalter, a form of crit generation, and supporting a Waver.
The flexible point in this team comp is your method of crit star generation. If you have a Fragment of 2030 I would say put hans in as your star generator with 2030 on him and supporting a waver also with a 2030. If you don't have Fragments like me, you will want a stronger crit star generator. Hassan and Fuuma are good options, but seeing as you also have Rider Kintoki you could use him. Edmond Dantes is also a decent option you could try out.
The main issue with using Kintoki Rider is that he has a high crit star absorption meaning his cards are going to suck more stars than Jalter will be able to even with her first ability active. To counter this using a craft essence with star absorption such as Seal Designation Enforcer or Teacher and I can help to mitigate this.
To round out your backline, use Mashu. If an enemy has a strong single target NP and you can't block it in any other way you can use combat suit to swap her in use her buffs and she can then tank that NP. You can then use David in the same way as Mashu with aoe NPs, using his 2nd skill for the team evade.
To answer why everyone says that Herc is a literal god is because of his bond 10 ce. This gives him 3 instances of guts, meaning if all else fails you have herc in the backline to try and survive and finish the fight.
If you are tired of Buster Crit, unfortunately you are missing alot of the parts to make a good arts team, most notably your lack of a Waver or a Tamamo no Mae. You do, however have an option to make a Quick team.
For a Quick team you would want to use your Edmond Dantes, Kintoki Rider, and a Support Waver. This will allow you to generate crit stars and you have Kintoki's very hard hitting NP as well as the defense down and additional crit star generation from Edmond.
The main issue with using a Quick team is when Merlin comes out, Quick kinda falls off as a team comp. Merlin's buster buff is just very strong giving 50% buster performance for 3 turns and 100% crit damage for one turn giving buster crit a ton of damage. Not to say that quick isn't viable, but the "best" team will be buster crit. Arts remains strong due to its ability to deal strong reliable damage and not die.
Quick however does not have any thing except getting crit stars and dealing damage, but crit stars can be unreliable and on top of the 80% damage that quick cards do and a lack of strong quick buffs, it does not have the appeal of dealing a ton of damage nor the protection that you will need in later chapters.
Camelot was very difficult due to the gimmicky mechanics. The next singularity does not have those gimmicky grail mechanics, and I would say you will be able to clear it. The next singularity also has VERY strong support options available to help you as well.
I hope this helps, best of luck, and congratulations on clearing Camelot!
