Will there be a rate up of enemies according to a certain class? and which is better, full ce event, or 3t farming event?
By rate-up, do you mean if there are times when certain classes become more common? If so, then no. But you can use the Mold items so that only that class of enemy will appear.
Ex: using the Saber mold will make only Saber enemies appear, making it easier to farm Saber coins.
As for farming, I'm not sure myself.
No reason to worry about your farming turns unless you're in some kind of rush? With natural ap youre only running the quests twice, maybe three times a day and with full ces it might take you anywhere from just 10 to 15 minutes each time you log in.
I've never heard of a scenario where you'd want to sacrifice better drops for quicker quest runs. Just doesnt make sense outside *maybe* a lottery event.
