Jack Rama and Waver or vlad tamamo and jeanne are your best bets. I recommend the first one though.
The first one aims to blow ibaraki down with as much crits from rama as possible. Try to get 40-50 crit stars, pop off all skills(give rama wavers discerning eye) and do monstrous amounts of dmg. Jack here has 2 roles - making crits stars for Rama, and spamming np, since her np does extra dmg against females
The second team is kinda unexciting until vlad and jeannes interludes, but still good. The main idea is ti spam tamamo buffed kazilki bey and using jeannes np for invincibility when ibaraki tries to use her NP

Double Waver + Rama
Rama is Ibaraki's biggest bane as she is berserker AND magical. If you can overcharge his NP, one hit kill is possible, especially with event CEs.
Another alternative is using Robin tbh but it seems like you haven't raised him, which is a shame considering you have Tamamo.

Arash can also put in work nuking the Loli and then switching to Rama when needed
Unfortunately I don't have Waver so Hans can work as well if your main offensive unit has kalidoscope

I have most of the materials to get Robin to Level 70 and 9/9... he currently is at level 48, and with the right buffs is doing 300k damage against a Saber skeleton in Unknown Coordinates X-A

I would choose jack and waver and the third one is for Aoe class advantage to farm the hands.

Buster Crit team with Rama and Double Waver/Hans, Arts with Vlad (or another arts nuker like Robin)/Tamamo/Waver, or Quick route with Jack/Double Waver/Hans. You're pretty lucky since you have all of the components, I envy you lol. Also you may prepare counter Class AoE servants for hand farming
