JP had a rerun of that event in Feb 2018, so it is likely to return to the NA server in Feb 2020.

I started playing FGO around the Fate/Zero banners in April. I learned that I missed out on Shiki (Assassin) a month or two before. So I ask, will I ever get an opportunity to get her ever again? A rerun? Thanks
