Well.. As of now, the only choice you have will be Tristan but on Christmas next year, we will get Attila the Santa at NP5. I think she will be your best bet.

Im trying to make a quick team..whose the best gold single target archer that has a quick np?

I would rather look into archers with 2 quicks that can crit. Orion for example.

Well if you simply looking for an Archer with quick single target np, I recommend you to use Billy the kid. He have cool design, good skills sets, and he can crit hard.....but the problem he is not a gold servant..... Tristan is a quick and gold servant but I think Billy can easily out damage him

They are good for different things. Billy is bursty crit archer with good damage but needs support to generate enough stars, Tristan is a high-utility archer who helps out the team with a bunch of different things and has decent NP gen, but needs help with damage.
