Question About Shiki's Noble Phantasm

It's stated on the wiki that Shiki's Noble Phantasm opens the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception to its maximum, but that's really vague. Are her eyes itself not already at their maximum? What more is she capable of with them besides simply seeing the lines? Sorry if there's somewhere better to ask but it is FGO related.
