Did you try just changing your answer to that question? I got a similar error so I just went through and answered everything, even the optional stuff, and then it went through. Just make sure you don’t go over the max char when you answer
I got stuck on this one too. Then I found out that in one of those questions - i forget exactly what -, but it sounds like this : If you haven't played for a month , tell us why . You got to check the option that you "never stop playing" or something like that, I forgot the exact words
