The second part will virtually work the same way as part 1 with a few changes. Just farm your ressources to clear the actual shop + (if you want) reset your island in order to do the other choices to get the mana prims.
Also it will not be the same ressources for the second part.
To sum up : if you succeeded the first part you will be able to do the second part (and then get Shishou).

Edit : you'll also be able to upgrade Shishou NP with the second part (the same way you did with her ascension )
