Possible improvements to this team for raiding?

This one's strictly for raid. Other notable servants I have leveled are shiki(saber, I don't have assassin since I joined at the end of her event), Heracles(only problem is np and idk how to make him last ), and Iri. Using a support waver

The issue with your team is that it is very lacking in boss killing potential.
First, remove ALL CE's from your backline(they arent doing anything and they eat up costs) and remove mash, put emiya assasin in her spot and put shiki saber and herc in the 4th and 6th slots respectively. Herc can solo if necessary. .

I suggest leveling a robin hood(if you have one) FAST and replace emiya with him. If you dont have a robin, dont use a support waver. Find a Jack, preferably one with tales of Shannah-Oh CE and get her to carry you. Her anti female NP can do 500K dmg buffed, and 300k unbuffed - She can solo the 1Bp one, and potentially take down the 2BP one, with a little luck.

I do have Robin at np4 but he's not leveled(although I'm in the middle of getting there, prepping for Camelot and all). I'm able to clear 2bp with this team btw.

Also the CEs on my backline are there for a reason, the one on cu let's him survive longer(the invulnerability is immune to the buffer removal too), the one on mash would be replaced with golden carp and the one on emiya (assassin) is there to help his damage. Also, I had herc instead of emiya (assassin) in that slot with imaginary element. But the problem is if I were to switch it with the event CEs, the np gain on herc drops. Idk if that's a "worth it" trade off. Also, is it smart to remove all CEs from the backline here?

Then again, the question then becomes is can I kill ibaraki in 3bp with your set up? I mean the flaw I see here is the lack of survivability, so then would it do enough to kill her before she kills me? Idk I'll try it in 2bp first and see how it goes.

Also, I saw a video on this event saying that I should limit my damage dealers to 1 or 2 servants and I should have defensive anchors(aka cu and mash) in the back just in case. I'm not entirely confident with going in with an all offensive team with 1 support servant(especially a very squisy one like Hans there).

Anyways thanks for your time and advice

Even with the team that he says you'll never beat the 3bp because you lack a powerful servant with survivability (Heracles evade only works one turn and Ibaraki's np have buff removal that will negate the guts,so the best you could do is make a team with high survivability and last the 15 turns so you get the dp you dealt her,but like I say is impossible for you with that team or other to defeat Ibaraki in 3bp

My sugestion would be to Emiya assassin to be in your starting lineup so he can start to build his np in the first enemies, i would bring a friend Tamamo for heal and the fox weding skill to buff Emiya assassin np, after that i would change Emiya archer for an aoe Berserker like Lancelot, Frankenstein or Kyohime, Hans would be the first on the backline, after him, mash then Cu.
Start the fight with your berseker with a CE like The Imaginary Element or Kaleidoskope so he can be with his np charged for the second fase, and try to charge Emiya assassin np the best you can, in the second fase use the berserker np to kill the hands, swap hans in when Emiya assassin np is ready and use hans np for buffs, and fox weding on Emiya assassin then nuke the boss with the np, this should probably deal more than 500k of damage and the fight would be almost done. And with Tamamo on the team you might have chance to fire another np and end the fight, if you level up a Robin Hood then switch Emiya Assassin with him.
