Will this CE return to the shop? I only have 6000 MP and I'm planning to purchase Chaldea Lunchtime when it becomes available.

Rare prism shop was introduced in JP during New Year 2017, so probably this coming January 2019. However, only the Mona Lisa will be available that time (I'm not sure if the lore is added). As of today, you have to wait it for more or less a year to unlock it with rare prism.
