So my Arash now is lv92.. And my grail is only 4 left... Of course i like him, but aside that is it worth to make him lv100?

My SR: Saberlot, Siegfried, Emiya Shirou, Elizabeth, Ridertoki, Martha, Irisviel, Helena, Edison, Emiya Kiritsugu, Stheno, Lanzerklot, Beowulf and Mashu (of course she can't be grailed)

I would recommend sticking with taking a few 4 stars to 90 because of the stat boost, but honestly, grail who you truly love. The game is ultimately about having fun, and if you truly love using Arash, grail the shit out of him so he's viable. Think about who you use and love most rather than who's good or gets a good stat boost.

Can't imagine you grailed arash up to level 92, I'm not gonna point out which one is worth more than another, but, take this into an account... Next year there are a lot of story added to na and ofc lot of grails included. And better SR servant will come out (Especially Welfare, seeing you don't have nobu yet)
Well, you're already grailed him to 92... It'd half assed if it's not as well as grail him to max level instead (just my opinion though),
It's up to you man, your final decision matter the most for your servant
Oops i forgot about the second question, gameplay wise its better to grail up ST NP servant... Since this one will benefit the most when it comes to boss killer. And ofc servant with many class advantage.
imo, personally i would go for Mecha Eliz (welfare servant (easy NP5) alter ego class advantage vs cavalry class plus beast and foreigner class) , then Summer Martha Ruler (Ruler with Buster Deck, what do you want more of it), last one, it could be either Avenger class or Berserker Class... Personally I'd go for ST berserker(even though some of them are squishy)
I'm not yet finished comparing every SR berserker... So, i couldn't give you any recommendations about that :p
If its highest atk berserker and ST NP, then ofc its Herc
