Opinions on Starter Accounts...

For the most part, they’re pretty reliable. My suggestion would be to buy a quartz account as they are extremely cheap and give you at least a couple hundred SQ to invest at your own discretion. Sellers generally charge more for accounts with specific servants so unless you really want one, this is generally the safer route. I recall getting an account for fun with 800 SQ for about $3 on eBay. Unless you’re broke, it’s not much of a risk losing a couple bucks. Always go for a seller with a good reputation obviously, but I haven’t heard of someone ripping off people for these accounts.

In my experience, the sellers are reliable and usually send you the transfer code within a day of you buying the account. If there is an account that is for sale with specific servants you want I would recommend buying it, otherwise just buy a quartz account. Some of these accounts will also have a large amount of quartz too. For example, the account I bought had the SSRs I wanted as well as 200+ quartz.

They pretty reliable for me, not to menton all account sellers in any game similiar to this game offered plenty options of great characters possessed in account. If you considering your budget then i suggest to buy it because it has certainty of obtaining charaters you might needed or like and it costs less of buying quartz. Buying quartz means that you gamble your money for luck of obtaining high rank characters. Personally, i prefer to buying quartz because i feel like i have a 'strong bound' with my current account so i don't wanna use others account.
