You can find them in Fuyuki Church, and New Fuyuki in the rank A and EX quests. They are the highest ranked Automata type (Saber) enemies.

I'm trying to complete Mission 31 for the F/Zero event (Which is to defeat 15 Old Gears) but I don't know where to find them? Anything will help right now :)
