I know quick is a bit obsolete current, but im making plans for skadi's release and was wondering who is better.
Okita is currently pretty good but i find that she provides more burst damage rather than consistent crits
MHXA is more universal being a berserker and having a 3 turn quick buff after her rank up quest. She also lacks star weight, crit strength and hard defence against enemy np but the can be rectified using CEs or support servant.
Which servant would you choose and is there anyone who is better (other than rider kintoki)
After Skadi comes out, Okita is now arguably one of the best ST saber in the game, on par with Musashi. XAlter is good, but I can only think of 2 boss events that need her, and that is way way later on the game. So I'll go Okita.
Of course, waifu > gameplay. Listen to both their voice line and see who you like better.
Quick is not obsolete, there's no competitive element to the game so you can use whatever you want. I would say MHX is better by a slight margin together with Skadi just because she has an emphasis on sustain over burst and that's what I prefer, but it's not enough of a difference to get one over the other. Go for the class you lack or whichever you like more.
As for whether there are any better quick servants, it's not really a matter of "better", since they all do different things, but Scathach and especially Dantes are both really good with Skadi, and imo Jack is one of the most reliable quick servants in the game.
For me, i would choose MHXA because we can use her almost everywhere, she's a freaking Zerker and she has better gameplay capability than Okita.
Explanation ? Imagine bring a full team members to support Heracles, pretty similiar to that but using the ''Quick'' ways.
Better becareful, each DPS servants has it's own weakness and mostly they're need a supp or two to reach the peak of their gameplay
I don't really like to compare things like this, maybe this ''comparison'' can be a little help and here you go. Since both are Quick servants, it's a bit easier for me to make this ''comparison''.
MHXA : hit fucking hard but taking damage from her enemies even harder, i would say choosing this DPS servant would really depend heavily on your supp and you must have a tank if anything goes wrong ( Zerker lol, high damage and so fragile ).
You can bring her almost everywhere but eventually you'll use class advantage system to counter things ( i don't really recommend to use MHXA to counter everything, but if you're ''pro'' enough then she's your go to roll servants. Bonus, her NP hit like a fucking train if you're vs saber enemies.
A Darth Vader in FGO, the force is too strong in this one.
Okita: hit's harder than MHXA vs few classes, leaning more into Burst damage ( both Quick servants is pretty consistent, but Okita has better Burst capability here ). tougher than MHXA in terms of survivability but loses in terms of damage vs general enemies.
One of the Shinsengumi strongest Saber and she don't use any saber Beam. A beast like Li Shuwen and Munenory Yagyu, not too flashy but very practical in the real life.
Roll for who you like the most and if you're still don't decide it yet, really hard to choose between the two ? Toss a coin to decide it all.
Bonus, for better Quick gameplay :
If you want a Quick tank, Achilles exist and can also act as your 2nd DPS. He also can generate quite a lot of Crit stars himself. With Skadi or without her, he is really valuable when clearing harder content and challenge ( he is pretty tough servant himself, with Skadi he'll hit even harder and can survive even longer ).
For now, just focus on getting Okita/MHXA.
Post skadi, chunni is great as she gets her buff to both her skill and damage via an interlude and skadi(her interlude coincides with skadi release....how convenient).
Pre skadi, okita all the way as she's a usable saber in the present state of the game
