NP1 vs NP2 Modred for NP spamming

I'm kinda confusing right now, do I need to get NP2 Modred Rider for NP spamming? How much the difference between 450% and 600% her NP dmg?
Assuming she has buffed by double Tamamo caster 3rd skill lv 10 and against multiple enemies.

NP1 Mordred will do about 22,405 damage under these circumstances while NP2 will do 29,874 with double Tamamo buffs whether that difference seems like enough to roll for NP2 or not is up to you.

Can she fully charged back her NP (NP1 only) under those circumstances? e.g. 3 turns 3 NP in a row

I couldn't find her on my friend list so I wanna know her deeply before going to the hell we already know

NP gen isn't as easy to figure out as damage unfortunately but from videos I've seen of it she should get the full recharge more often than not and her 3rd skill having NP gain on it means even if you miss it once you can still keep the spam going.
