Newb In Need of Exhibition Quest Team Help

Been playing for 40 days now and after all my summons managed the caster illya and tamamo, as well as archuria for 5*s with my only 4* summons being best girl astolfo and og umu.
Trying to figure out how to build a team for all the matches as im struggling on all of them.
I have level 90 illya/tamamo/archuria, level 80 herc/kuro and lvl 70 mash all without skillups. For notable ce's i have the miyu ce from illya event, prisma cosmos, the gold medal ce and kaleid ruby/sapphire.
Any suggestions on teams i can use involving those and a support to do the challenge quests would be greatly appreciated.

For the latest hassan one, use umu tamamo and friend irisviel with atlas mystic code. Level up skills to at least 6. Keep everyone alive and finish off enemies with umu.
For the master and pupil, use the same lineup but with mash not iri. Friend waver. Have herc with ignore evade ce in backline.
For herc, archuria, tamamo and waver/mash. Never let him np.
Skill mash and characters mentioned to 6.

So basically ill really need to get the archuria and tama main skills to level 6 for the extra percentage and skill cd? Cause i tried the same team on herc and still got slammed hard damage wise partially due to being unable to np spam as much as i wanted and because i couldnt keep skills up long enough,
Also from what im seeing a few people are suggesting leveling up umu so i guess i should start working on lotto box upgrading her. As my only saber of worth outside of np5 ceaser i havent leveled up yet either, will umu have use for me outside of challenge quests being an aoe arts unit.

Ideally you will have 10 for skills. Also, you must prioritize tamamo's np. Due to her np effect, any skills with lower cd becomes that much better. Give her an np gen ce like divine banquet, prisma cosmos, or equivalent. With tamamo np, you only have 2 turns where you do not have a waver/archuria defence buff. Take some damage, and heal up with tamamo. Usually, you can use tamamo np twice, so only one turn is without def buff. You can clutch with the mystic code invincibility. Make sure to have mlb white rose ce on archuria. If you feel they die too much, have the combat uniform for mash swap in and use chloe instead of archuria. However, you will need a source of debuff removal in that case.
Umu is very good for hard content due to her 3rd skill. She can do damage if her 2nd skill hits and is of a high level. I use her as a backline for my normal arts teams. She provides stability in a team comp.
The herc battle requires patience and good understanding of who to prioritize in keeping alive.

I guess the idea is even tho 12 turns is insanely long having 3 free turns to slap someone silly is good in its own right. That's what makes herc ce insane.
As far as tamamo's np i noticed already that she's struggling to generate np even with the miyu ce which is 40%np start + 25% np regen but i also have a prisma cosmos if you think it would be a better choice. For skilling stuff up i had been planning to look into doing that but to even get to skill 6 on mash's skills im missing materials so ive got bone hell among other things to look forward to.

For herc one you can equip magdalene on your supports so they live longer, if you have any of course, iron will training will also do.
I attached the team I used to beat it, I used combat suit so when I got to herc I cleansed the debuff and got georgios to buy a turn for skills, used the combat suit mystic code for the change

Tfw you used a higher leveled mash tamamo and arturia level wise but just no skill ups and got memed by herc while your team did it easily. D:
