Need a suggestion for leveling my Servants to max

Hey, guys. I want some suggestion for leveling my Servants so I can prioritize myself to maxing my Servants. The previous Rashomon event hit me to the guts because I realized how much I need to level up my Servants. Here's are my mostly utilized Servants and their levels:

-Saber: Okita lvl 80, Caesar lvl 40
-Archer: Emiya lvl 70, Robin lvl 50
-Lancer: Cu lvl 69 (I saved him because I want to give him Fous), Elizabeth lvl 40
-Rider: Santa Saber Alter lvl 63, Ushi lvl 40
-Assassin: Emiya Assassin lvl 70, Shiki lvl 60, Hassan Cursed Arm lvl 53
-Caster: Hans lvl 45, Medea lvl 50
-Berserker: Herc lvl 50, Kiyohime lvl 40

I've been saving EXP cards lately and I want to use it wisely. So, if I may, I want to hear some people's suggestions. Also, since Journey to the West is coming, should I level up some of the important Servants. I have David, Lu Bu, Medusa, Stheno, and Euryals. But, beware, they are all at level 1 and I must really invest all of my EXP cards for them.

Thank you for your attention and I hope to get some answers soon.

Leveling up your servants is a pain to do because of grinding, but my rule of thumb is to generally max all of them, regardless of how useful they are because of future events. In your case, level Okita, Emiya or Robin Hood (both are great), Cu, Santa or Ushi, Shiki, Hans, and Herc. For this upcoming event, I’d focus on Lu Bu and David.

Fate Grand Order is extremely grindy, but I always turn on TV or do something else so I can mindlessly farm EXP cards. Hope this helps!

From my experience, I first maxed reliable front line servants which are Herc. Waver and Nero Bride. Backline servants, not so much. Second, I maxed those who are in my support tab so it can be useful to my friends. If you don't bother yourself to do some team compositions, just do Okita + Herc + support Waver and the rest is just backline. Santa Alter has been my main AoE servant, followed by Elisabeth.

For the upcoming event, check if your main front line servants can do the job. If they can, those bonus servant can just sit in the backline even if Lv. 1. One thing I learned is while it is good to have a variety of leveled servants, max level servants with their skills leveled will always be superior.

My priorities goes as follows: DPS>Utility Supp>Waifu/Husbando>Tank

Additional damage scales better due to percentage buffs so damage dealers gets priority to max out first. Supps are usually there to help the DPS deal more damage or stay alive longer, so their important roles get 2nd priority to help them stay alive for a little longer as well. A tank's main role is to relay damage to them and possibly stall damage for a few turns, so their deaths are inevitable and they don't really need levels to function properly (Georgios or Mash). Waifu/Husbandos are self explanatory.

Your line up looks suspiciously like mine, rank-wise.

I would prioritize servants based on what you want to do. If you're wanting to expand your farming for leveling and ascension mats, I suggest hitting one strong contender for each class: Okita, Emiya, Elizabeth (she farms better than Cu), Santa, Shiki, and Medea. Heracles works well to farm any node, obviously.

Or, if you're looking to tackle higher difficulty stuff sooner rather than later, focus on Hans, Robin, Cu Chulainn, maybe Caesar, and probably Hassan.

Otherwise, you've got a nice spread and it looks like you're leveling a lot very evenly, which isn't a bad strategy in general. I think most people suggest having at least two strong servants of each class at max for leveling and story progression.
