I live in the philipines and i want to know whats the most cost effective way to buy quartz?
FGO supports Philippine Peso now, you can purchase quartz directly with a debit card or load up an account with money like through PayMaya. Alternatively you can buy one of those Google Play cards if you're on Android, or iTunes Gift Cards if you're on iOS.
I think Google Play cards aren't a thing here in PH, or maybe I haven't discovered it yet. Regardless, you can also try using regular load through the network you are using, though I'm not sure if it can accommodate more than Php 1,500. And from my experience with Globe, it has tax. So instead of paying 1693, you could end up paying 1897.
try paymaya and put your paymaya into to the google account.
i will also try to do this(haven't tried it yet) for the GSSR but it will be on dec 31
