Who to raise first??? Rama or Salter???
Kinda depends on what you need. One is ST and the other AoE.
Though, I would say Salter. Because she is really strong and because Fate/GO is all about farming.
Rama would be good for boss fights.
But as I said. It depends on what you need or who you like most.
I have never used Rama so I can't really say much about Rama. I do know that Salter's NP hits like a truck and may as well be single target even though it's AoE especially once you start stacking buffs and lvl her skills and that's not to mention her normal attacks deal some decent damage as well. I would personally raise Salter first I wish I had Salter tbh.
You need powerful AOE Saber? Go Salter first.
You need bustercrit ST Saber? Go Rama.
