Need berserker supports

My berserkers are garbage, yet I have Waver and Merlin on my list, I could really use someone who properly updates their CEs on a single target Zerker.

As much as I love hercs bond CE, it's not 30% np charge which means I have to pray each round for an arts chain with hercs card on it to gen his charge and NP, which is hit or miss.
