It's actually a good idea to reset them because it let's you go back and build all the buildings you missed the first time to collect all the extra mana prism, cutscenes and voice lines.

Can Someone explain if i reset all building in the island is it a big problem or nothing? Because i reset it already and is it usefull for 2nd event summer? Thx Before That..

I'm not sure I understand your question but as long as you clear all the story missions for part 1, Kill the demon boar and recive Scathach (Assassin) then you will be able to play part 2.
Part 1 will remain playable for the entire event if you need to go back for something.

No it is not a requirement, the second part will virtually be the same but with different ressources. So to sum up reset your island will only grant you mana prims + cutscenes and voice lines.
