Really sorry again this is my 2nd salty post. Pretty sure ive spent about 350+ quartz throughout my entire play and thats not including all the tickets ive spent and yet still no 5 star (through normal means at least). Not only that 4* are so godam rare for me. Im living mostly off 4* servants given for free during events and i guess Mash counts as a 4* since im done with camelot Although i do still get 4 stars in gacha they fail in comparison to the free ones. Im surprised i havent quit this game yet i feel like if any of my friends were in my position they would have quit long ago, have no idea where this willpower's even coming from but i can feel it slowly corroding away. honestly at this rate ill settle for 3 star rate ups and just aim for those np5's
Chill out, the game is friendly enough to beat most contents with 4* welfare, 3* good servants and a good support.
You will get one of the best welfare servant in this event and support should carry you, especially if you can lend a big whale in your friend list. The only thing to do is to play the game everyday, even for a few minutes, because whales tend to remove inactive players.
How long have you been playing? That sucks. I've been playing for almost a year and I've managed to draw 4 5*s and 23 4*s (many of which are welfare servants). But dang, 350+ quarts and not a single 5*? That's just terrible luck. I managed to draw my first 5* (Jeanne d'Arc) not long after I started playing (literally just as soon as I got to the France singularity).
Well, it gonna be a year for me soon. I started playing around December 2017 after the Christmas event has ended, I didn't have a mobile device at the time to play the game. I share the guy who posted this thread pain, my luck is E. I only got four 5 star servant, the fourth is from the paid Gacha which is the only time I paying for the game. I doubt my luck will get better if I buy SQ.
I couldn't even pull 4 star servant either, I felt like I have better luck on Gamepress stimulator cause I used Kitasean summon ritual and got Illya in a multi after the tickets.
not really that terrible, the odds are actually only about 2/3 to have one with that amount of quartz.
I mean, I'd say it's pretty dang bad luck considering there are people who've only played for a few months that already have something like 10 5*s and call their luck "average".
Robin Hood's NP nukes the hell out of enemies.
Euryale's NP destroys any Male Sabers and Berserker it can come across.
Medea's NP gain is like a Rapid Divine Words skill in an Arts card. And guess what? She has that freaking skill too.

The point is its not about the rarity, its about employing tactics in bringing the best in your servant. Heck you can finish all
the singularities(up to the Lostbelts) w/ only 3*,2*,1* and wellfares. That's why there's grails. And its more fun that way too imo. Just look at Honako Green and Memersen.
Yes i know. How do you think i beat camelot? Fun as it was beating bosses with my limited pool and retrying with different plans, Larturia was just impossible for me. I resorted to just borrowing someones okita and it kinda just hit me with the power difference. Here i am struggling with tactics while someone out there could probably just solo Larturia with the right 5 star (Okita in particular). I get your point 3 stars can get me a long way but right now im starting to feel the need for something stronger

The feeling mutual for a F2p like me, I'm sure people will just tell me to rely on support like usual, or buy SQ which I doubt will change anything. I'm pretty sure I'll rely on support forever to carry me on everything.
Ooooohhh... that hurts. In that case, try finding a friend with a good Saber(example; like what you said, Okita, Mordred; perfect for Saberfaces. Or the most forgotten one, SUMANAI since Larturia has a Dragon trait. Even Herc can do it.) You have friends like that yeah? Y'know? Those whales/dolphins or whatever you call them. Good, then fill your other slots with servants with that have taunts.(Like George,as a f2p he saved my ass many times even at lvl 1!) equip them with CE'S that have 1 time evade(like 3*Parting of the Sea) or CE'S that give bonus HP or NP when killed. Then let your solo adventure begin with your friend's servant!
Ps. Look for memersen at youtube. Defeated Larturia with a freakin' FERGUS.
Is better to have a good 3* than a bad 4*. There's plenty of good servants from 2* and 3* rarity out there. In my experience, in 3 months of playing I only got two golden servants, being Marie my first and Jacky my second, in like 400~ sq spent (Jacky came with a ticket tho). So be patient.
Just be patient .. I started playing FGO since last May and I didnt get a single golden servant and missed all the events before that so I didnt have any welfare servants (only Archer Emiya in the SRs selection). till Camelot Banner 1 I started using tickets only and save the quarts for a grand servant like Ishtar or Merlin.. Since then I summoned ( Saber Alter , Ozymandias , Lion King , Nitocris , Saber Lanceolt , Carmilla and Anne Bonny all of them by tickets or a single shots ) So its just a matter of time
whatever the game is made that even you can beat it up easly using 3* only
I had E luck forever and the after 8 months two 10x rolls in a week I got a 5* and 2 4* in each roll.
Just never pass up a welfare servant, usually worth it.
Right. Especially not Chloe. She’s a fantastic ST Archer. I’ll never understand why some people are so quick to diss the welfare servants :/
I like welfare servants their the reason they keep me going. Kara no Kyoukai was my 1st event, and I was dancing in joy cause I managed to max ascend her, I got her to NP 4.
I can 't wait to get the other welfare servants that I missed out on. I want my own Nob u and Santa Alter badly.
Also, I heard the 3 star robot servant will become a good 3 star after his strengthening quest.
Same, my luck is E too. My multi roll is plain awful, I might as well just go single. It how a F2p I know got plenty of his 5 star servants.
