Musashi or Gramps

Yo everyone.

Got lucky and got Merlin without selling my soul, and have around 450+ SQ left to go.
Given I already have a maxed level Jalter, Carmilla and Rama, whom should I roll for? They both seem kind of cool, and I only have enough SQ for one of em (unless EX luck strikes twice).
From my understanding, they both excel incredibly as ST damage dealers but, with my current lineup, I'm not sure if they might be slightly redundant. I'm not 100% sure, hence I'd like to ask why you think either Musashi or King Hassan might be better.

I'm interested in Gramps due to his insta-kill proc in normal attacks. Musashi on the other hand works very well with Merlin due to buster crit memes, but after one turn Musashi goes normal again.

King Hassan for gameplay purposes. Musashi for waifu purposes.

In your case, KH is better due to already having Rama and Merlin. Carmilla is used as an anti-female rider assassin, not as a buster-crit damage dealer which KH is. Musashi is used as a crit-saber like Rama is so getting her would replace Rama and make him redundant. In the end, roll for whichever you like best, but, from a purely gameplay perspective, KH is better due to his rarity and niche.

First of all, both servants are recommended for rolling, especially if you have Merlin. But if I pick up, I will say King Hassan.

(1) Grampa is great for his jack of all trade trait. Although Assassin still has 90% attacking modification, but Grampa's fire power is decent enough which could be comparable with other DPS. Let alone his great 2nd skill + huge debuff-resistant, and very good in fight against no matter high-hp mob or rider-class Boss. Meanwhile, he is a self-sufficient servant: although he has 3 deck of Buster card, but his 1 single Art card and Quick card are still top-class. In other word, you dont really have to worry "how to charge his NP?" or "How he can generate enough star, since he has only 1 Quick card?" Overall, when facing rider classes enemies, Grampa + other assassins (Typically Jack) could be huge superiority, or you can have Grampa+Dual Merlin to finish the battle as soon as possible.

(2) On the other hand, Musashi has huge issue related to the fact that although she has same BBBQA deck as Grampa, but generally her Art-Quick card' performance isnt that good. Her 1st and 3rd skills can be a boost, but long CD and short lasting restrict its further usage, meanwhile a combo skill normally will lead you have difficulty like when you will trigger it? RNG bad cards?

(3) Musashi has huge potential to kill enemy of any class (even archer), but heavily rely on supports. Otherwise her performance is quite mediocre. The good thing is that you have Merlin. Since dual Merlin, or Merlin+Waver can solve any issue for Musashi, because (1) they both have battery charger to Musashi, (2) except that +30% np charge from Waver's 1st skill, Merlin is almost ideal for Musashi: no matter deal with Musashi's issue of low potential of np gain and star generation, capable of healing (and team wide!), or further enhance her huge Buster power to kill. In other word, Musashi + Merlin is overpowered to shown synergistic effect, but that is not really because of Musashi.

(4) Overall, because you have Merlin, Jalter, Rama, but only Camilla as assassin, roll Grampa is slightly better choice. However, Musashi could be Waifu, isnt she?

(5) Meanwhile, no matter who you roll, "Talk of The Hot Sands" could be their appropriate CE even though you may only have it one copy free but not MLBed. Dont miss it for next Chaledea boy collection event.
