Is the monument required to finish part 2 Summer Event?

Found out recently that it is necessary to push the story forward but I broke down all buildings after building them all. Random guy said that I need to rebuild it is it true? And will I still have access to first Island after the start of part 2.

Did you finish the story and got Scathach summer? Then even if you did you'll be fine. The chapters, the main story is the only requirement for you to be able to reach part 2.
The general consensus about the island is yes. You do. And from some gameplay I saw in JP it's just going to be separated into 2 tabs. One for part 1 and one for part 2.
So don't worry about it.

Thank you for fast reply, yes I did finish main story, got Scathach and cleared the shop. Now I can spend my last ap to grind some more QP. Thanks again.

If you're going to grind qp do the 40AP treasure dailies. You get more qp per AP spent
