Just saying, if you really want him that badly you could always just reroll for him yourself? He's back next year anyway so there's no real need, and imo that second banner is actually better than this one if you have the patience since that one has Salter and Lalter on rate-up too, two story-locked servants you couldn't normally get otherwise.
