Medals farming
Is it just me or does the drop rate for medals suck in the pyramid? I've been doing the 30 AP one because it is the highest one without a sphinx to decrease the number of knights, but I am wondering if I should do the 20 ap one so I have less ap per knight to increase my chances of getting medals to drop.

Grind the 40 AP missions. Don't stint on using the hero items. Level Nudie Liz.

Farm the 40 ap. I got average 1 medal per match and final copy CE this morning, and the bags drop is quite good.

As others have stated you actually want to grind the final mission as even though it has fewer knights the knights have a much higher drop rate and thus you will get more medals.

According to the guide by Lord Ashura the drop rate of Medals is actually lower compared to other silver grade material (Seeds also don't drop well). So if Medals are your only concern, you are actually better off farming them in Camelot, or if you can wait hunting quests should be coming up rather soon (don't know about the actual drop rates then). Can be still worthwhile if you need the other stuff as well, though.

Use hero Elly's adventure MLB CE on pyramid Demon Lord difficulty and profit. Gotten 40+ medals... And will keep grinding til the end of the event to clear shop.

Thanks for the replies. I guess quantity of drops is better than quantity of enemies.
I spent all my nero fest medals on saberlot's skills, and then I summoned Tristan, who needs just as many.
Though don't completely knock the lower AP missions. I had 20 ap left before bed and gave the pyramid 20ap mission a go...and got 3 metals at once and released Tristan from being stuck at 2nd ascension. But still got to get more for his skills...
