If you want Mash in the said crit team, the fate/zero CE would suffice. Take note where the stars go though since Mash can steal your stars, might want to add a star absorb CE for your DPS, if this turns into a serious issue.
Adding a little advice, if you really only have Mash and Hans for support, try to raise more supports. Leonidas is perfect support for crit teams, his NP generates 25 stars at lv 5 and it's possible to spam the said NP. Not to mention he is also a tank, so your DPS is safe with him around.
